郑惠芳温补脾肾法论治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症经验  

Experience of Professor ZHENG Huifang in Treating Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Obese Type by Warming and Tonifying Spleen and Kidney

摘　　要：郑惠芳系全国首批名老中医,善用温补,尤重肾脾。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的内分泌和代谢紊乱性疾病,其中肥胖型PCOS占半数,且常伴发不孕。郑老认为肥胖型PCOS所致不孕的主要病机为脾肾阳虚、痰湿内蕴。脾肾阳虚为本,痰湿内蕴为标。治疗以温肾健脾、燥湿化痰为主要原则,结合患者的具体情况,辨证论治,同时予以生活方式的指导,取得了显著的疗效。Professor ZHENG Huifang was granted the title of Distinguished and Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors in China in the first batch.She was good at warming and tonifying,especially for kidney and spleen.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of childbearing age,in which obese type accounts for 50%,usually accompanied with infertility.According to Professor ZHENG,the major disease mechanism of infertility caused by PCOS of obese type is yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and internal accumulation of phlegm dampness.Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is the root causes,while internal accumulation of phlegm dampness is the symptom.For the treatment,warming kidney and invigorating spleen,drying dampness and resolving phlegm are the major treatment principles.Besides,treatment based on syndrome differentiation should be applied according to the detailed condition of patients.Also,patients should be guided on life style.By doing it,there would be significant curative effect.
