更年康结合心理疏导治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察更年康结合心理疏导治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为两组,观察组30例采用更年康免煎颗粒口服配合心理疏导治疗,对照组30例采用坤泰胶囊口服,两组同时治疗两个月。观察两组患者的临床疗效,血清雌激素(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的变化情况,围绝经期综合征中医评定量表评分的变化。结果:观察组总有效29例(96.67%),对照组总有效21例(70.00%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者E2、LH、FSH水平均有改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后躯体、心理维度的总积分和平均积分较治疗前均有改善,观察组躯体、心理维度症状改善情况明显优于对照组,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:更年康结合心理疏导治疗围绝经期综合征效果显著,明显影响了患者的内分泌水平,改善了患者躯体症状和心理维度症状,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gengniankang(更年康)combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients with menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group there were 30 cases treated with Gengniankang extract granules by oral administration combined with psychological counseling,while in the control group there were 30 cases treated with Kuntai Capsules(坤泰胶囊)by oral administration.Both groups were treated simultaneously for two months.The clinical effect,serum levels of estrogen 2(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were observed,and the score of traditional Chinese medicine scale for menopausal syndrome was evaluated.Results:The treatment was effective for 29 cases in the experimental group,with total effective rate 96.67%,while the treatment was effective for 21 cases in the control group,with total effective rate 70.00%.There was statistical difference between both groups,with statistical significance(P<0.01).After the treatment,levels of E2,FSH and LH in both groups were improved,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The total and average scores of physical and psychological dimensions in both groups were improved after the treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions:Gengniankang combined with psychological counseling has a significant effect on the treatment of menopausal syndrome,obviously affects the endocrine level,and improves the symptoms in physical and psychological dimensions of patients,and therefore this treatment should be promoted in clinic.
