摘　　要：目的探索目前拔罐疗法的标准化建设概况,为进一步推进拔罐疗法的标准化建设提供依据。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台以及国内外标准发布网站,时间范围为各数据库及网站建立日期至2020年12月27日。纳入与拔罐相关的标准、指南及专家共识,对拔罐疗法标准化涉及的主题及发布机构、发布时间进行总结,并对拔罐疗法标准化进行分析。结果纳入已发布的拔罐相关标准13项,包括国际标准4项,国内标准9项。其中,国际标准主要涉及拔罐的术语标准(2项)和罐具标准(2项),国内标准以拔罐的技术操作标准(4项)及临床应用标准(3项)为主,拔罐的术语标准(1项)、罐具标准(1项)。结论目前国际上缺少拔罐的技术操作标准,在所有已发布的拔罐相关标准中,未对药罐疗法、发泡罐疗法等传统拔罐疗法进行规范,且未对可能引起不良事件的操作进行具体规范。Objective To explore the development condition of the standardization of cupping therapy,thereby providing references for its further development.Methods CNKI,Wanfang and standards-issuing websites were searched for standards,guidelines and experts consensus about cupping therapy from the inception dates to December 27th,2020.The theme,issuing organization,and issuing time were summarized,and the status of the standardization development was analyzed.Results Thirteen cupping-related standards were included,involving four international standards and nine domestic standards.The international standards include two terminology standards of cupping and two standards of cupping devices.The domestic standards are mainly the technical practice standards(four standards)and clinical application standards of cupping(three standards);besides,there is one terminology standard and one standard of cupping device.Conclusion Currently,there is a lack of international technical practice standards for cupping.For the published cupping-related standards,there is no content for traditional cupping therapy such as medicated cupping therapy and blister cupping therapy,and no specification for the practice that may cause adverse reactions.
