摘 要:为实现该设计策略在电火花成形机床上的应用,根据Kano模型开展了线上客户需求问卷调查,整理机床功能与需求,并据此调查结果实现基于Kano模型的客户需求分类。通过模型分析了客户需求与产品模块的对应关系,分解电火花成形机床结构并建立功能模块,采用对客户需求的参数化导入与模块化匹配,实现产品配置的快速化定制化输出。基于Kano模型需求分析,选择定制通用性更高的尺寸设计,通过电火花成形机床模块化分析和SolidWorks尺寸方程式设计,实现各模块内以及机床整体的快速参数化输出。In order to achieve mass customization in SEDM design,this paper mainly carries out the following work.Sorting out SEDM function and customer demands with conducting online customer questionnaire survey according to Kano model questionnaire.Establishing Kano model according to the survey results.And realizing customer demand classification based on Kano model.The corresponding relationship between customer requirements and product modules was analyzed by Kano model.The structure of the SEDM was decomposed and the functional modules were established.The parametric import and modular matching of customer requirements were adopted to realize the rapid and customized output of product configuration.Based on the demand analysis of the Kano model,the dimensional design with higher versatility was selected.Through the modular analysis of the SEDM and the design of the SolidWorks dimensional equation,the parameterized rapid output of each module and the whole machine tool was realized.
