摘  要:为探索微细射流电解加工微坑的形成过程,通过建立物理模型,对不同深径尺寸条件下的极间电场和流场分布情况进行仿真计算。然后,利用时间继电器控制电解时长进行微细射流电解加工试验,获得各离散节点对应的微坑,并检测其深径尺寸、截面形貌、杂散腐蚀痕迹等关键特征。最终,通过仿真预测和试验验证相结合的方式,探明微坑由产生、发展变化到制备完成的完整形成过程。In order to explore the formation process of micro-pits in micro-jet electrochemical machining,a physical model was established to simulate the distribution of inter electrode electric field and flow field under different depth and diameter.Then,a time relay was used to control the electrolysis time in order to carry out the micro-jet electrochemical machining test,the micro-pits corresponding to each discrete node were obtained,and key characteristics such as deep diameter size,cross-section morphology and stray corrosion traces were detected.Finally,through the combination of simulation prediction and experimental verification,the complete formation process of micro-pits from generation,development to preparation was proved.
