煤化工高盐废水处理多效蒸发装置的优化运行研究

摘　　要：文章主要通过分析国内外煤化工废水处理技术和总结高盐浓缩废水处理采用的100 m^(3)/h三效真空蒸发装置开停车及调试运行经验,分析装置存在的问题及影响其稳定运行的因素。此外文章从优化运行工况,提高装置稳定性,增加脱盐量,延长运行周期,降低生产消耗等方面进行了深入研究,并提出相应的优化措施。Based on the analysis of coal chemical industry wastewater treatment technology at home and abroad,and the summarizes of high-salt concentration of wastewater treatment using 100 m^(3)/h three-effect vacuum evaporation device shut down and commissioning experience,this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the device and the factors affecting its stable operation.In addition,indepth studies are carried out from the aspects of optimizing operation conditions,improving the stability of the plant,increasing desalting capacity,prolonging operation cycle and reducing production consumption,etc.,and propose optimization measures..
