摘  要:以岩大戟内酯A(JA)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过自由基热聚合法制备了具有选择性吸附JA的分子印迹膜(MIF)。通过SEM观察膜形貌,FT-IR表征膜结构。对膜的吸附和回收性能进行了评价。结果表明,MIF对JA的最大吸附量为23.6μg/cm^(2),印迹因子高达4.5,回收率临界值为82%。成功应用在中药材狼毒大戟提取废水中JA的选择性回收,减少了JA对水体环境的污染。Using jolkinolides A(JA)as template molecule,methacrylate as functional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking agent and azodiisobutyronitrile as initiator,the molecularly imprinted film(MIF)was successfully achieved by free radical thermal polymerization,which can selectively recognize JA.The morphology of MIF was characterized by SEM and the structure was characterized by FT-IR.The adsorption and recovery of the membrane were measured.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of MIF to JA was 23.6μg/cm^(2),the Imprinting factor was 4.62,and the critical recovery value was 82%.It has been successfully applied in the selective recovery of JA in the wastewater from the extraction of Euphorbia Fischeriana steud,which reduces the pollution of JA to the water environment.
