摘 要:在行业标准阳极铜化学分析方法中,银量的测定按照含量高低采用滴定法和重量扣杂法。根据前期处理方式的不同,方法测定范围最低可达到50克/吨,分析步骤繁琐漫长。样品银含量低于方法测定下限时继续套用该方法时,结果准确性差,若只采用重量法则结果偏高,增加成本。文章采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,从铜基体、盐酸介质和硝酸介质开展研究,找到最佳的方法条件,分析结果准确性良好。In the industry standard chemical analysis method for anode copper,silver content is determined by titration method and weight deduction method according to the content level.According to the different pretreatment methods,the determination range of the method can reach at least 50 g/t,and the analysis steps are tedious and long.When the silver content of the sample is lower than the limit determined by the method,the accuracy of the results will be poor if the method is applied.If only the weight rule is used,the results will be too high and the cost will be increased.In this paper,flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to study copper matrix,hydrochloric acid medium and nitric acid medium,and the optimum method conditions were found.
