摘  要:为获得适合三维打印墨水的流变性能。文章通过流变仪的测量和分析,研究了丝素蛋白(SP)相对分子量、胶原蛋白(CP)含量及丙三醇对SP/CP复合溶液流变性能的影响。结果表明:随SP相对分子量的增加,SP黏度增大,凝胶化时间逐渐缩短。CP含量和丙三醇对复合溶液的黏度和凝胶化时间的影响与SP的相对分子量有关。当SP的相对分子量与CP和丙三醇的相对分子量相近时,复合溶液黏度随CP含量的增加和丙三醇的加入而增大,凝胶化时间延长;当SP的相对分子量大大高于CP和丙三醇的相对分子量时,复合溶液黏度随CP含量增加和丙三醇的加入而降低,凝胶化时间缩短。To obtain the rheability energy suitable for 3 D printing ink.Through the measurement and analysis,the relative molecular weight of filin protein(SP),the content of collagen protein(CP)and the effect of tropantriol on the rheability of SP/CP composite solution were studied in the paper.The results show that with the relative molecular weight of SP,the SP viscosity increases and the gelation time gradually decreases.The effects of CP content and propantriol on viscosity and gel ation time of the compound solution are related to the relative molecular weight of SP.When the relative molecular weight of SP is similar to that of CP and propantriol,the composite solution viscosity increases with the CP content and the gelation time is prolonged;when the relative molecular weight of SP is much higher than that of CP and propantriol,the composite solution viscosity decreases with the CP content and the gelation time of propylene triol.
