摘　　要：目的探讨鼻中隔贯穿连续缝合技术应用于鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的实际价值。方法选取郑州市第二人民医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的93例鼻中隔偏曲患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(47例)与对照组(46例),两组均予以鼻中隔三线减张矫正手术治疗,在此基础上研究组予以鼻中隔贯穿连续缝合技术,对照组行鼻腔填塞处理。记录并比较两组术后48 h主观感受视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后48 h鼻腔出血量、术后随访1个月不良反应发生情况。结果研究组术后48 h疼痛、睡眠障碍、耳鸣/耳闷、溢泪等主观感受VAS评分情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后48 h鼻塞主观感受VAS评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后48 h出血量与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后随访期间不良反应发生率为2.13%(1/47),对照组为15.22%(7/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔贯穿连续缝合技术应用于鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲患者效果显著、安全性高。Objective To invesigate the application of continuous suture technique of nasal septum in the correction surgery of nasal septum deviation.Methods A total of 93 patients with nasal septum deflection admitted to Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected for a group study(random number table method).Both groups were treated with three-line septum reduction correction surgery.On this basis,the study group was given the nasal septum continuous suture technique,and the control group was treated with nasal packing.The subjective VAS score at 48 hours after the operation,the amount of nasal bleeding at 48 hours after the operation,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups after 1 month of follow-up.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of pain,sleep disturbance,tinnitus/ear tightness and Epiphora in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nasal congestion VAS scores between the two groups at 48 hours after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of bleeding 48 hours after operation(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.13%(1/47)in the study group,and 15.22%(7/46)in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Perforating continuous suture of Nasal Septum is effective and safe in the treatment of deviated septum patients with deviated Septum.
