摘　　要：目的探讨多部门、多学科协作机制在医院感染暴发控制中的应用效果。方法通过引入多部门、多学科协作机制,建立多部门、多学科协作团队,定期开展MDT会议和活动,对医院感染管理中出现的问题进行分析,得出切实可行的解决方法并保证落实到位。结果实施多部门、多学科协作的管理模式后,医院感染控制措施得到全面、有效的落实,全院院感发病例次率从2018年的0.53%下降为2019年的0.39%,Ⅰ类切口感染率、新生儿院感率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率、全院血管导管相关血流感染发病率及导尿管相关尿路感染发病率均得到较好的控制,患者多重耐药菌检出率由16.76%降至14.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.76,P<0.049)。2018-2019年内无医院感染暴发事件发生。结论多部门、多学科协作机制在医院感染管理中的应用可有效降低医院感染的发生,有效控制医院感染暴发事件的产生。Objective To investigate the application effect of multi-departmental and multidisciplinary cooperation mechanism on the control of nosocomial infection outbreaks.Methods Through the introduction of multi-sector,multi-disciplinary collaboration mechanism,the establishment of multi-sector,multi-disciplinary collaboration team,regular MDT meetings and activities.The problems in the management of hospital infection were analyzed,and the feasible solution was obtained and the implementation was ensured.Results After the implementation of a multi-departmental and multi-disciplinary collaborative management model,nosocomial infection control measures have been comprehensively and effectively implemented,and the hospital-wide incidence of infections has dropped from 0.53%in 2018 to 0.39%in 2019.The type I incision infection,the incidence of hospitalization of newborns,the incidence of ventilatorassociated pneumonia,the incidence of hospital-wide vascular catheter-related bloodstream infections,and the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infections have all been well controlled.Infection has also decreased,and the detection rate of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria has dropped from 16.76%to 14.15%,and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=3.76,P<0.049).There was no outbreak of nosocomial infection in 2018-2019.Conclusions The application of multi-departmental and multi-disciplinary cooperation mechanism in hospital infection management can effectively reduce the occurrence of hospital infections and effectively control the occurrence of hospital infection outbreaks.
