摘　　要：为控制污水处理厂除磷药剂质量,提高监测水平,优选高质量药品,特以某污水处理厂使用同一批次液态聚氯化铝为材料,采集15组样品检测数据,测得氧化铝含量平均值为10.69%,不确定度在10.57%~0.81%之间,质量控制图所有数据均在上下警告限之内。结果表明,依据本厂聚氯化铝质控指标,本批次水处理药剂氧化铝含量≥10%,质量合格,数据在合理范围内,采用测量不确定度和质量控制图可以作为控制药剂质量的有效手段。In order to control the quality of phosphorus removal agents in the sewage treatment plant,improve the monitoring level and select high-quality drugs.Now we use the same sewage treatment plant and the same batch of liquid poly aluminium chloride as raw materials to collect 15 groups of sample test data.After testing,the average value of alumina content is 10.69%,and the uncertainty is between 10.57%and 10.81%.All data in the quality control chart are within the upper and lower limit warning range.The results show that according to the quality control index of poly aluminium chloride in the sewage treatment plant,the alumina content of this batch of water treatment agent is greater than or equal to 10%,the quality is qualif ied,and the data is within a reasonable range.Therefore,the measurement uncertainty and quality control chart can be used as an effective means to control the quality of the agent.
