摘　　要：利用核桃壳过滤器对含油污水进行处理是目前大多数油田处理生产污水的重要方式,经过特殊处理的核桃壳以其大比表面及多孔吸附性作为其核心材料。但长期使用过程中,由于处理流程波动、滤料的漏失、维护保养不到位等诸多因素均可能引起设备过滤效果变差,不能达到处理标准。在此类情况下,适时对旧滤料进行补充、更换是一种重要的维护手段。渤海油田某平台配置三套核桃壳过滤器,经过长时间的使用,加之偶有超标污水进入设备,设备过滤效果大大降低,已不能达到平台处理要求,经与供应商沟通及现场调研,对设备滤料进行了更换,恢复了设备处理能力。It is an important way to treat production oily wastewater using walnut f ilters in most oilf ields.Walnut shell with special treatment is taken as its core material owing to its large specif ic surface and porous adsorption.However,in the long run service,due to the fluctuation of treatment process,leakage of f ilter material,inadequate maintenance and many other factors,the f iltration effect of the equipment may become worse and cannot meet the treatment standard.In such cases,timely supplement and replacement of the old f ilter material is an important means of maintenance.A platform in Bohai oilf ield is equipped with three sets of walnut shell f ilters.After a long time of operation,and occasionally excessive sewage enters into the equipment,the f iltering effect of the equipment is greatly reduced and cannot meet the requirements of platform treatment.Through communication with suppliers and f ield investigation,the f ilter material of the equipment is changed,and the treatment capacity of the equipment is recovered.
