摘  要:为了提高减压拔出率,改善减压塔的产品分布,分析了减压塔运行存在的问题,提出了提高减压拔出率的措施,包括对减压塔顶抽真空系统进行技术改造,大修更换洗涤段所有填料,对主要运行参数进行优化调整。经过技术改造和工艺调整后,减压塔顶真空度提高了4 kPa,全塔压降从4.56 kPa降至1.58 kPa,减压蜡油拔出率提高了8.80个百分点。常减压装置的长周期运行得以保证,取得了显著的经济效益。In order to increase the decompression yield and improve the product distributions of decompression line,problems of the vacuum extraction in distillation unit were analyzed,and the measures to increase the decompression yield were formulated.Technological transformations were carried out on the vacuum system for the top extraction of the decompression tower,all the packings in the washing section were replaced during the overhaul,and the main operation parameters were optimized and adjusted.After such a technological transformation and process adjustment,the vacuum of the decompression tower was increased by 4 kPa;the pressure drop of the whole tower decreased from 4.56 kPa to 1.58 kPa;the extraction rate of the vacuum wax oil was increased by 8.80 percentage points.The long-term operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was guaranteed and remarkable economic benef its were obtained.
