摘 要:随着近年来各地化工厂呈百花齐放式的展开,乙烯装置的低能耗、高收率、长周期运行自然成为大家争相追逐的目标。文章主要分析影响裂解炉收率低的因素及工艺调整措施。泉州石化乙烯装置设计为7台毫秒裂解炉,7台裂解炉均为KBR SC-1型炉管,其中F-103~F-107可以投气相原料,自开工后已平稳运行一年时间,目前存在的问题是,气相炉乙烯收率总体偏低,对可能造成收率低的原因及处理方法做了详细的阐述。With the development of chemical plants in various places in recent years,the low energy consumption,high yield and long-term operation of ethylene plant has naturally become the goal of everyone’s pursuit.This paper mainly analyzes the factors affecting the low yield of cracking furnace and the process adjustment measures.The ethylene plant of Quanzhou Petrochemical is designed as 7 millisecond cracking furnaces,all of which are KBR SC-1 furnace tubes.Among them,F-103~F-107 can be fed with gas-phase raw materials.It has been running smoothly for nearly a year since the start-up.At present,the existing problem is that the ethylene yield of gas-phase furnace is generally low.This paper describes in detail the possible causes and treatment methods of low yield.
