摘  要:依托褐煤热压提质(HPU)中试线,基于计算机数值模拟构建褐煤气流干燥三维模型,研究了气流干燥管内气固两相流的运动特性,分析了褐煤颗粒在干燥管中的热交换过程,总结了气流干燥系统的运行规律,得到了各时间点下气固两相流的温度场、压力场、速度场分布以及褐煤颗粒的运动轨迹。通过改变操作参数,优化了气流干燥系统的管道设计,得到了以不同颗粒质量流量、入口烟气温度为起始条件下褐煤颗粒的最终干燥水分,为HPU技术的进一步开发提供了理论依据,也对工业生产具有一定的指导意义。Relying on the lignite hot-pressure upgrading(HPU)pilot test line,a three-dimensional model of brown gas flow drying was constructed based on computer numerical simulation,the movement characteristics of the gas-solid two-phase flow in the air drying tube were studied,and the heat exchange process of the lignite particles in the drying tube was analyzed.Summarizes the operation law of the air drying system,and obtains the temperature field,pressure field,velocity field distribution of the gas-solid two-phase flow at each time point and the movement trajectory of the lignite particles.By changing the operating parameters,the piping design of the airflow drying system was optimized,and the final drying moisture of the lignite particles under the initial conditions of different particle mass flow and inlet flue gas temperature was obtained.Provides a theoretical basis for the further development of HPU technology,and also has a certain guiding significance for industrial production.
