新文科背景下复合型专家型新闻人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：全媒体背景下新闻传播业的融合转型使复合型专家型新闻人才培养成为大势所趋。复合型专家型新闻人才是系统掌握新闻传播学和其他专业或学科知识,具有跨专业、跨学科能力的新闻人才,其知识结构呈“N”型特征。基于新闻专业的特殊性、社会的实际需求、本校学科资源及发展面向等,当前中国高校复合型专家型人才培养通常采取双学位培养模式、主辅修制培养模式和融合创新培养模式。其中,前两者总体上以两种学科知识的简单叠加为主,后者是两个不同学科交叉衍生出的新专业方向。新文科建设背景下复合型专家型新闻人才培养要增强专业设置的前瞻性,体现跨学科知识的有机融合和深度融合。The convergence and transformation of the media industry against the background of omnimedia makes the training of interdisciplinary expert journalism talents in all media an irresistible general trend.This paper holds that the interdisciplinary expert journalism talents are those who systematically master the knowledge and ability of journalism and communication and other disciplines,and have the“N”-type knowledge structure.In light of the particularities of journalism,social needs and the discipline resources and development orientation of specific universities,the current training of interdisciplinary expert talents usually adopts the dual degree training mode,the major and minor courses system training mode,and the integration and innovation training mode.Among them,the former two mainly superposing the knowledge of two disciplines,and the third mode is a new specialty derived from the intersection of two different disciplines.This paper argues that against the background of new liberal arts construction,the cultivation of interdisciplinary expert journalism talents should enhance the foresight in the set-up of majors,reflect the organic integration and in-depth integration of interdisciplinary knowledge and some other strategies and suggestions.
