摘 要:针对坚硬顶板导致的工作面后方悬顶面积大、来压强度高的问题,基于扇形爆破弱化技术,针对山西某矿的生产地质条件,对爆破参数进行理论研究并进行现场实施验证。结果表明:本次爆破弱化坚硬顶板试验使工作面来压强度明显降低,对巷道两帮以及底鼓变形量控制方面有显著效果,使两帮变形量降低81%,底鼓量降低91.2%.In view of the large area of the hanging roof behind the working face caused by the hard roof and the high weighting strength,based on the sector blasting weakening technology,aimed at the production geological conditions of a mine in Shanxi Province,the blasting parameters are studied theoretically and verified on the spot.The results show that the test of weakening hard roof by blasting can obviously reduce the compressive strength of the working face,and has a remarkable effect on controlling the deformation of the two sides of the roadway and the floor heave,which can reduce the deformation of the two sides by 81%and the floor heave by 91.2%.
