256例老年健康体检者心脏彩超结果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏彩色多普勒超声(心脏彩超)在老年健康体检者中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月-5月接受健康体检的256例老年人的心脏彩色多普勒超声检查结果,统计患者二尖瓣、三尖瓣功能、左室舒张功能情况,同时对比分析不同年龄层、不同性别老年体检者心脏情况。结果:256例老年体检者,仅14例(5.47%)彩色多普勒超声心动图未见确切异常,242例(94.53%)均有不同程度的异常结论描述,其中78.13%呈现左室舒张功能减退,28.91%主动脉异常,19.14%左房增大;男性主动脉异常所占比例显著高于女性(P<0.05);主动脉异常和左房增大两个方面,年龄段不同差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),年龄越大,异常率越高。结论:老年群体中左室舒张功能减退、二尖瓣/三尖瓣轻度关闭不全检出率较高,容易诱发不良结局,临床上心脏彩色多普勒超声检查对老年心功能的评估具有重要价值。Objective:To analyze the application of color Doppler echocardiography(CDFI)in senile health examination.Methods:Color Doppler ultrasound examination results of 256 elderly patients who underwent physical examination from January to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and the mitral and tricuspid valve functions and left ventricular diastolic functions were statistically analyzed.Meanwhile,the heart conditions of elderly patients with different age groups and different genders were compared.Results:Among 256 elderly physical examination subjects,only 14(5.47%)showed no definite abnormality in color Doppler echocardiography,242(94.53%)showed different degrees of abnormality,among which 78.13%showed left ventricular diastolic dysfunction,28.91%showed aorta abnormality and 19.14%showed left atrial enlargement.The proportion of abnormal aorta in male was significantly lower than that in female(P<0.05).The abnormality of aorta and enlargement of left atrium were statistically different in different age groups(P<0.05).The older the age,the higher the abnormality rate.Conclusion:The detection rate of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction and mild mitral/tricuspid insufficiency is high in the elderly population,which is easy to induce adverse outcomes.Color Doppler echocardiography has important value in clinical evaluation of elderly cardiac function.
