人文关怀在肿瘤手术患者家属手术等候期间的应用实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨人文关怀在肿瘤手术患者家属手术等待期间的应用效果。方法:抽选某医院的302例肿瘤手术患者家属进行观察研究,采取自制调查表对等候手术的肿瘤手术患者家属需求进行基线调查,针对调查结果,结合患者家属焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)的评分,制定肿瘤手术患者家属等候区等候的人文关怀措施。经过半年的实践,比较人文关怀措施实施前后肿瘤患者家属焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)的评分和肿瘤手术患者家属的满意率。结果:实施人文关怀护理措施后,肿瘤手术患者家属SAS评分为(60.58±1.57)分,低于实施前评分(65.74±5.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者家属等候手术期间满意率由实施前69.07%提升到实施后90.66%,满意率提高21.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀对改善手术患者家属心理状态、提高满意度具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care in the waiting period for the family members of tumor surgery patients.Methods:302 family members of cancer surgery patients in a hospital were selected for observation and research.A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a baseline survey on the needs of family members of cancer surgery patients waiting for surgery.The survey results were combined with the family anxiety self-rating scale(SAS scale).,and formulate humanistic care measures in the waiting area for the family members of cancer surgery patients in a hospital.After half a year of practice,the scores of the Family Anxiety Scale(SAS)of cancer patients and the satisfaction rate of family members of cancer patients before and after the implementation of humanistic care measures were compared Results:After the implementation of humanistic care and nursing measures,the SAS score of the family members of the tumor surgery patients was(60.58±1.57)points,which was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the scores before the implementation(65.74±5.87)points.The satisfaction rate increased from 69.07%before implementation to 90.66%after implementation,which increased by 21.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care is of great significance to improve the mental state of the family members of surgical patients and increase satisfaction.
