摘 要:为深入了解不同种源福建柏木材的管胞形态和化学成分的差异,以福建省8个种源35~43年生的福建柏为研究对象,对其木材管胞形态和化学成分进行测定。结果表明:不同种源福建柏木材的管胞长度、宽度和长宽比均存在一定的差异,木材管胞长度为1700~3100μm,均属于长纤维,管胞长宽比为50~85。莆田种源福建柏木材的管胞长度(3036μm)和长宽比(84.10)均最大,福州种源福建柏木材的管胞宽度(36.1μm)最大;不同种源福建柏木材的化学成分含量存在一定的差异,纤维素、木质素和苯-醇抽提物含量分别为28.98%~44.39%、12.87%~22.48%和4.57%~13.25%,福州种源福建柏的纤维素含量最高,苯-醇抽提物含量最低,厦门种源福建柏的木质素含量最高,漳州种源福建柏的木质素含量最低;不同种源福建柏木材的管胞形态及化学成分与树高、胸径生长性状的相关关系显著;与种源地海拔、腐殖质厚度等环境因子也存在显著相关性。To compare the differences in wood tracheid morphology and chemical composition,Fokienia hodgirtsii aged 35-43 years from eight provenances in Fujian Province were selected and analyzed.The results showed that the length,width,and aspect ratio of the tracheids were significantly different between the eight F.hodgirtsii provenances.The tracheid length ranged from 1700 to 3100μm,belonging to long fibers,and the tracheid aspect ratio ranged from 50 to 85.Among these provenances,the tracheid length(3036μm)and aspect ratio(84.10)were the highest in the provenance of Putian,and the tracheid width(36.1μm)was the greatest in the provenance of Fuzhou.The chemical composition was significantly different between the eight F.hodgirtsii provenances.The contents of cellulose,lignin,and benzyl alcohol extracts ranged from 28.98%to 44.39%,12.87%to 22.48%,and 4.57%to 13.25%,respectively.In the provenance of Fuzhou had the highest content of cellulose and the lowest content of phenylphenol extract.The highest lignin content was found in the provenance of Xiamen,while the lowest was discovered in the provenance of Zhangzhou.The wood tracheid morphology and chemical composition of F.hodgirtsii were significantly correlated with the growth traits of tree height and diameter at breast height between the different seed sources;the correlation with the environmental factors of altitude and humus thickness of the seed sources was also significant.
