摘　　要：文章探讨了生产转杯纺黑色粘胶纱的工艺路线,优化了纺纱工艺参数,在各工序采取了相应的技术措施,解决了实际生产过程中存在的一些问题,使得转杯纺黑色粘胶纱得以顺利生产,并满足质量要求。This paper discussed the process route of producing rotor spinning black viscose yarn,optimized the spinning process parameters,took corresponding technical measures in each process,and solved some problems existed in the actual production process,so that the rotor spinning black viscose yarn can be produced smoothly and meet the quality requirements.
