摘 要:为了改善首级叶轮内部的流动形态、完善水力设计,以某种型号的节段式多级泵为研究对象,基于N-S方程和标准k-epsilon湍流模型,采用定常模型进行计算,对原型泵进行数值模拟,得到了内部流动的压力与速度分布情况,发现存在扬程不够、效率偏低的问题,对首级叶轮水力模型进行优化改进,在相同控制参数前提下,通过对比改进前后泵内部流场变化,结合泵外部特性和内部流动情况,得出泵流道内流场分布规律,结合试验进行对比分析。结果表明改进后的方案扬程、效率都有了提高,性能曲线变化平稳,并且在空化特性方面有了显著的提高,研究结果可为节段式多级离心泵的性能改善提供参考。In order to improve the flow pattern in the head impeller and perfect the hydraulic design,a multi-stage centrifugal pump was taken as the research object.Based on the N-S equation and the standardκ-εturbulence model,the steady-state model was used to perform calculation.The numerical simulation for original model of pump was carried out,and the distributions of pressure and velocity in internal flow were resulted.It was found that there were the problems of short head and low efficiency.The hydraulic model for head impeller was improved and optimized.Under the condition of the same parameters,the internal flow fields before and after the improvement were compared.Combined external features of the pump with internal flow fields,the distribution law of internal flow passage was determined.With the result from comparison,it was shown that after improvement,the head and efficiency had been raised and performance curve changed steadily and smoothly.Furthermore,there had been remarkable enhancement in cavitation resistance.The results presented herein may be referenced for improving the performance of segmental multi-stage centrifugal pump.
