摘　　要：日本根据中日《图们江中韩界务条款》(1909年)在延边地区商埠地设置领事馆的同时,在领事馆设置了警察机构,并利用中日《通商行船条约》(1896年),突破领事馆管辖权局限于商埠地的相关规定,开始派遣领事馆警察进入“杂居区域”进行了各种“调查”,在此期间发生了领事馆警察被朝鲜垦民群殴的“二道沟事件”。之后,日本为了严厉打击“杂居区域”朝鲜垦民的反日情绪,夺取朝鲜垦民管辖权,同中方进行了外交交涉,但因遭到中方的拒绝而未能得逞。该事件既是延边朝鲜族人民群众性反日斗争的起点,又是延边人民反对领事馆警察侵略而进行斗争的起点。围绕该事件的中日交涉是继1907年中日“间岛问题”交涉的延续和深化,是两国在“杂居区域”发生的渗透与反渗透之争。该事件及其中日交涉对此后日本对延边的侵略策略及朝鲜族人民反日斗争方式都产生了极其重要的影响。Japan set up a consulate with a police force in the commercial port area of Yanbian in accordance with The Sino-Japanese Treaty on the Border between China and Korea(1909).It also violated the rule that the jurisdiction of a consulate was limited to the commercial port area by taking advantage of The Sino-Japanese Treaty on Trade and Shipping(1896).Since then,police officers of the Japanese consulate were dispatched to the“mixed communities”to conduct various investigations and the“Erdaogou Incident”occurred in this period.In order to severely crack down on the anti-Japanese sentiments of the Korean people of the“mixed communities”and seize the jurisdiction,Japan made diplomatic negotiations with China,but was rejected and failed.The incident was the starting point of not only the mass anti-Japanese struggle of the Korean people,but also the fighting against the aggression of the consulate police in Yanbian.The representation around this incident is the continuation and deepening of the one between China and Japan on the“Gando Issue”in 1907,and the conflict on infiltration and reverse infiltration.The incident and the representation between China and Japan have a very important influence on the Japanese aggression strategy and ways of the Korean people’s anti-Japanese struggle.
