摘 要:以相对分子质量较大的聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)为交联剂,研究P(AA-co-AM)水凝胶的制备,以提高其机械强度。通过单因素实验,考察AA中和度、单体比例等因素对P(AA-co-AM)水凝胶强度和吸水倍率的影响。研究结果表明,当丙烯酸中和度为80%、n(AM)/n(AA)为2.5、引发剂用量为0.5%、n[(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)]/n[Na_(2)SO_(3)]为1.0、反应温度为50℃、交联剂用量为0.6%时,水凝胶的强度及吸水倍率最好。In order to improve the mechanical strength of P(AA-co-AM)hydrogels,P(AA-co-AM)hydrogels are prepared bypolyethylene glycol dimethacrylate(PEGDMA)with relatively higher molecular weight as crosslinking agent.The effects of experimental factors such as the degree of neutralization of AA and monomer proportion on the strength and water absorbency of P(AA-co-AM)hydrogel are investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that when the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 80%,n(AM)/n(AA)is 2.5,the amount of initiator is 0.5%,n[(NH_(4))_(2)S_(2)O_(8)]/n[Na_(2)SO_(3)]is 1.0,the reaction temperature is 50℃,the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.6%,the strength and water absorption rate of the prepared hydrogel are the best.
