摘  要:目的研究固定高频次捐献单采血小板献血者在捐献不同时间后血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞比容(HCT)的水平变化。方法选择接受固定高频次捐献单采血小板的82例献血者为实验组,选取同期接受单次献血小板的100例献血者为对照组,采集2组献血者捐献前、捐献30 min以及捐献2周后的血样,使用全自动血球分析仪对2组献血者的Hb、RBC以及HCT水平进行检测。结果2组献血者献血前HB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),献血30 min时实验组献血者HB水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),献血2周后2组献血者HB恢复差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);献血前实验组献血者RBC计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),献血30 min及2周时实验组RBC计数亦高于对照组(P<0.05);2组间HCT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相比于单次献血者,固定高频捐献单采血小板献血者的RBC计数明显升高,采血30 min后献血者HB水平出现下降,RBC计数会进一步提高,但采血2周后基本恢复采血前水平,提示高频捐献单采血小板献血者会出现RBC过度增殖现象,但总体不影响献血者健康。Objective To explore the changes of hemoglobin concentration(HB),red blood cell count(RBC),and hematocrit(HCT)levels in fixed high-frequency platelet donors at different times.Methods 82 blood donors who received fixed high-frequency platelet donation were selected as the experimental group,and 100 blood donors who received the single platelet donation in the same period were selected as the control group.The blood samples of two groups were collected before donation,30 minutes after donation and 2 weeks after donation,the levels of HB,RBC and HCT in the two groups were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer.Results There was no significant difference in HB level between the two groups before the blood donation(P>0.05).The HB level of the blood donors in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 30 minutes after the blood donation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HB recovery between the two groups after 2 weeks of blood donation(P>0.05).The RBC count of the blood donors in the experimental group before blood donation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the RBC count of the experimental group was still higher than that in the control group at 30 minutes and 2 weeks of blood donation(P<0.05)).There was no significant difference in HCT level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with single blood donors,the RBC counts of fixed high-frequency donors are increased significantly.After 30 minutes of blood collection,the HB levels will decrease and the RBC counts will further increase,but after 2 weeks of blood collection,the level of pre-blood collection is basically restored.These results suggest that high-frequency donation of platelet donors will cause excessive proliferation of RBC,but it will not affect the health of blood donors.
