摘　　要：随着2021年第四季度的市场态势越来越清晰化,2021年一整年的市场发展态势也几乎完全展现出来。2021年,一如往常,中国造纸行业仍然面临着挑战和机遇,废纸进口全部停止,造纸纤维原料短缺的困局短期内仍将存在;2021年下半年开始的缺煤断电也正在给部分企业带来挑战;各方面成本的高企也使得部分企业的竞争优势逐渐削弱;另外,从长远看,"双碳"目标对行业的影响深远并将逐渐显现,这将对造纸企业的高质量发展提出更高的要求.As the market performance in the Q4 of 2021 becomes clearer,the market condition for the entire year is almost fully revealed.In 2021,China’s paper industry still faced challenges as well as opportunities.Due to the complete restriction of waste paper imports,the shortage of fiber materials will still exist in the short term.The coal shortage and power outages that began in the second half of 2021 also brought many challenges,and the high costs in all aspects gradually weakened the competitive advantages of enterprises.From a long-term perspective,China’s carbon peak and neutrality goal will put a profound impact on the industry,which will put forward higher requirements for the development of paper companies.Due to the superposition of many factors,the optimization and adjustment of the raw material structure is imminent.However,opportunities and challenges coexist.The reduction of disposable plastic packaging has brought huge business opportunities to the paper industry.Against such a complex background,China’s pulp and paper industry experienced drastic fluctuations in 2021.The commercial pulp market experienced a price surge across the board,which especially put a lot of pressure on the tissue industry.The price of white cardboard has recorded the largest ups and downs in history.In addition,some paper grades also experienced skyrocketing prices at the beginning of 2021 and continued to refresh historically high prices,but their prices fell coincidentally after entering the second quarter.For most paper grades,the price has shown an inverted "V" shape.Then what will the industry perform in 2022?In order to provide paper companies with a reference for planning in 2022,we specially invited some experts from well-known information companies in this issue.They will analyze the market trend of pulp and paper products,summarize the key influencing factors,and predict the market development in 2022.
