摘　　要：高血糖高渗状态(hyperglycemia and hypertonic state,HHS)是糖尿病一种病死率较高的急性并发症,静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism,VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)和肺血栓栓塞症(pulmonary thromboembolism,PTE),其中致死性PTE是住院患者猝死的主要原因之一。HHS和VTE两者同时发生的相关临床报道较为少见。本文通过介绍1例老年HHS合并VTE伴消化道出血患者成功救治的过程,旨在提高临床医生对本病的认识。Hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state(HHS)is an acute complication of diabetes with a higher mortality rate.Venous thromboembolism(VTE)includes deep vein thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE),among which fatal PTE is one of the main causes of sudden death in hospitalized patients.There are relatively few clinical reports about the simultaneous occurrence of HHS and VTE.This article introduces the successful treatment of an elderly patient with HHS combined with VTE and gastrointestinal bleeding to improve clinicians’understanding of the disease.
