摘　　要：内蒙古开鲁县是我国重要的干制和酱制辣椒生产基地,辣椒已经成为开鲁县的支柱产业。近年,开鲁县红干椒生产中遇到的品种、肥料使用、栽培技术等问题制约了产业发展。2018—2020年对开鲁县红干椒生产、品种和肥料使用等情况进行入户调研,对产业发展存在问题进行分析,并提出相关建议。Kailu County of Inner Mongolia is an important production base for sauced and dried pepper in China.Pepper has become a pillar industry in Kailu County.Recently,the problems such as varieties,fertilizers,and cultivation techniques encountered in pepper production have restricted its development.According to the survey on pepper production,varieties and fertilizer application in 2018-2020,the problems occurring in industrial development were analyzed and the related proposes were put forward in this paper.
