摘　　要：红泰668是以胞质雄性不育系481-4-1A为母本、优良恢复系1019-1-1-1-1-1为父本杂交育成的中晚熟三系加工型辣椒新品种。植株生长势较强,平均株高84.7 cm、开展度86.7 cm,始花节位在第14.8节;植株平均单株挂果数125个,鲜果平均单果质量6.5 g;果实形状为小羊角,鲜果纵径7.6 cm、果横径1.4 cm、果肉厚0.11 cm;嫩果为绿色,老熟果为大红色,果面有光泽,果硬度好,果肉薄,味辛辣,商品性好,适宜鲜食、泡制、干制、火锅底料加工。该品种高抗疫病、白粉病、斑萎病毒病、黄瓜花叶病毒病,抗炭疽病,产量在1700 kg/667 m^(2)左右,适宜重庆、山东、新疆、河南等地区及气候相似区域露地栽培。Hongtai 668 is a new three-line hybrid processing pepper variety with medium-late maturity,which was developed by crossing the cytoplasmic male sterile line 481-4-1A as female parent with the excellent restorer line 1019-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 as male parent.With strong growth potential,its average height and breadth were 84.7 cm 86.7 cm,respectively.Its first flower node occurs at the 14.8 node on average.With excellent fruit setting ability,it has 125 fruits per plant.The average single fresh fruit weight is about 6.5 g.With a sheep-horn shape,its fruit is 7.6 cm,1.4cm and 0.11cm in length,diameter and flesh thickness,respectively.Its tender fruit is green and the mature fruit is bright red.The surface of the fruit is shiny.Its fruit has a good hardness and its flesh is thin with spicy taste.With good commodity quality,it is suitable for fresh food,soaking,drying and supplements for hot pot.It shows highly resistance to Phytophthora capsici,powdery mildew,tomato spotted wilt virus,cucumber mosaic virus,and middle resistance to anthracnose.Its yield is about 1700 kg/667 m^(2).It is suitable to be cultivated in Chongqing,Shandong,Xinjiang,Henan and other regions with the similar climate.
