摘  要:泡沫混凝土是近年来广泛研究和应用的一种新型建筑材料,不仅质量轻,且具有保温、耐火、隔声等优异性能。本文简要介绍了泡沫混凝土性能的优越性,从密度、导热系数、耐火性和隔声性等方面进行分析;重点研究不同水泥类型,发泡剂类型及掺合料对泡沫混凝土性能的影响;同时介绍了高速搅拌法、压缩空气法和罗氏法的发泡工艺及特点;总结并指出泡沫稳定性差是目前限制其推广使用的主要原因,并在此基础上给出参考建议,提出解决方案。Foamed concrete is a new building material widely studied and applied in recent years.It not only has light weight,but also has excellent properties such as heat preservation,fire resistance and sound insulation.This paper briefly introduces the advantages of foamed concrete from density,thermal conductivity,fire resistance and sound insulation.The influence of different cement types,foaming agent types and admixtures on the performance of foamed concrete was studied.At the same time,the foaming process and characteristics of High Speed Agitation Method,Compressed Air Method and Roche Method were introduced.It is summarized and pointed out that the poor stability of foam is the main reason that restricts its popularization and application at present.Based on this,some suggestions and solutions are given.
