两性淀粉的制备及其高电导率下的增强性能研究

摘  要:近年来,废纸的循环利用导致纸机湿部化学体系存在电导率高、传统增强剂增强性能差等问题,研究高电导率下的新型纸张增强剂对提高废纸循环利用具有重要意义。该实验主要原料为玉米淀粉,采用半干法工艺制备两性淀粉,探讨了其在高电导率下对废纸的增强效果。结果表明,在同种阳离子淀粉下制备的两性淀粉,随着阴离子试剂磷酸盐用量增加,其阴离子取代度不断增大,而阳离子取代度有所降低,但阴、阳离子总取代度基本保持不变。与阳离子淀粉相比,在高电导率下两性淀粉对废纸均具有较高的增强性能。当两性淀粉的阴、阳离子取代度分别为0.056和0.065时,废纸的增强效果最好,在电导率约2500μs/cm、增强剂用量为1%时,纸张抗张指数和耐破指数较空白样分别提高了37.6%和20.3%。In recent years,the recycling of waste paper leads to problems such as high electrical conductivity in the wet-end chemical system of the paper machine and the poor performance of traditional reinforcing agent.It is of great significance to study the new paper reinforcing agent with high electrical conductivity for improving the recycling of waste paper.The amphoteric starch was synthesized by a semi-dry process with corn starch.The enhancement effect on waste paper under high electrical conductivity was studied.The results indicated that when the same cationic starch is reacted with different amounts of anionic reagent,the cationic substitution degree is decreased and the anionic substitution degree increased with the phosphite adding,but the total substitution degree remained unchanged.Compared with the cationic starch,the amphoteric starch has higher enhanced performance in high electrical conductivity.When the cationic substitution degree and anionic substitution degree of amphoteric starch are 0.065 and 0.056 respectively,the enhancement effect of waste paper is the best.When the electrical conductivity is about 2500μS/cm and the dosage of reinforcing agent is 1%,the tensile index of paper increased by 37.6%and the burst index of paper increased by 20.3%.
