摘 要:本文首次采用水力空化技术处理造纸漂白废水。研究了初始废水COD_(Cr)浓度、反应温度、反应时间和初始pH值等因素对水力空化技术处理漂白废水中COD_(Cr)和色度的去除效果,同时提出了水力空化技术对漂白废水中COD_(Cr)和色度的去除机理。结果表明,当初始漂白废水COD_(Cr)浓度为4000 mg/L、反应时间为25 min、反应温度为15℃时,COD_(Cr)和色度的去除率分别可达85%和80%。In this paper,hydraulic cavitation technology was applied to treat pulp and paper industrial bleaching wastewater for the f irst time.The removal rate of COD_(Cr) and color in bleaching wastewater by hydraulic cavitation technology was investigated under different initial COD_(Cr) concentration,reaction time,reaction time and initial pH value.In the meanwhile,the removal mechanism of COD_(Cr) and color in bleaching wastewater by hydraulic cavitation technology was proposed.Results showed that when the initial COD_(Cr) concentration is 4000 mg/L,the reaction time is 25 min,and the reaction temperature is 15℃,the removal rates of COD_(Cr) and color can reach 85%and 80%respectively.
