摘　　要：对托辊与扬克烘缸之间的压力进行了研究分析,提出了采用面荷载有限元计算烘缸所受荷载的真实工况。使用Nip Comp程序计算出压区宽度、压力峰值、保压时间以及压榨冲量等设计参数值,从而优化压榨设计。In this paper,the pressure between the press roller and the Yankee dryer is studied and analyzed.Compared with the line load,the finite element calculation of surface load is closer to the real load condition of the dryer.The NIP COMP program was used to calculate the design parameters such as the width of the pressure zone,the peak pressure,the holding time and the press impact,and a good press design parameter value was obtained.
