摘 要:选择聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(简称PA E)作为湿强剂,研究了PAE湿强剂不同的添加量对锌银电池亲水性隔膜性能的影响。试验结果表明,添加PAE湿强剂可以提高锌银电池用亲水性隔膜的干、湿强度,当PA E的添加量超过0.9%时,隔膜湿强度的提高趋势变缓;添加PAE会使锌银电池亲水性隔膜的吸碱速度有所下降,但下降幅度较小;添加PAE会使锌银电池亲水性隔膜的吸碱率有所下降,当PAE的添加量超过0.3%,吸碱率没有明显的变化;添加PAE可降低锌银电池亲水性隔膜的浸碱收缩率,当PA E添加量大于0.3%时,隔膜的浸碱收缩率可从10%降低至9%。Taking polyaminamide epichloro-hydrin resin(PAE)as wet strength agent,this paper discussed the effect of different addition amount of it on the performance of the hydrophilic separator for zincsilver battery.The results showed that the strength and wet strength of the separator was improved with the addition amount of PAE.When the addition amount of PAE was more than 0.9%,the increased rate of the wet strength of separator was slowed down.The alkali absorption speed of hydrophilic separator for zinc-silver battery was declined by adding PAE,but decreased range was slowly.When the addition amount of PAE was more than 0.3%,there was no obvious change in alkali absorption rate.The addition of PAE could reduce the alkali-leaching shrinkage rate of hydrophilic separator for zinc-silver battery.When the addition amount of PAE was more than 0.3%,the alkali-leaching shrinkage rate of separator could be reduce from 10%to 9%.
