摘 要:内质网自噬是指细胞通过选择性自噬清除内质网的过程。选择性清除应激的内质网以及内质网腔内过度聚集的蛋白质对于内质网的质量控制及细胞稳态非常重要。多种内质网自噬受体介导了内质网与自噬体的特异性结合,促进内质网片段被溶酶体降解。内质网自噬异常与多种疾病密切相关,因此研究内质网自噬的分子机制具有重要的生理及病理意义。该文对内质网自噬的机制及其与疾病的关系进行了综述。Reticulophagy is a process that selectively clears endoplasmic reticulum through autophagy.Selective degradation of stress endoplasmic reticulum and aggregate-prone proteins is important to maintain endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis.Reticulophagy receptors mediate selective recognition of endoplasmic reticulum by autophagosomal membrane to promote the elimination of endoplasmic reticulum by lysosome.Reticulophagy is associated with human diseases,therefore,further investigation is required to reveal its molecular mechanism.This review focuses on the most recent advances related to mechanisms and physical relevance of reticulophagy.
