骨碎补接骨汤结合中医手法正骨及小夹板外固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨碎补接骨汤结合中医手法正骨及小夹板外固定治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年4月泉州市中医院收治的伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组行中医手法正骨及小夹板外固定治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合骨碎补接骨汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗2个月后临床疗效、治疗前及治疗2个月后腕关节功能恢复情况、生活自理能力、骨折愈合时间。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组总有效率(100%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组腕关节功能评分及生活自理能力评分均高于对照组,骨折愈合时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对伸直型桡骨远端骨折患者,骨碎补接骨汤结合中医手法正骨及小夹板外固定作治疗方案,不仅能有效提高治疗效果,快速恢复腕关节功能及生活自理能力,促进骨折端愈合,效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gusuibu Jiegu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine manual bone setting and small splint external fixation in the treatment of extended distal radius fractures.Method:A total of 60 patients with extended distal radius fractures admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional Chinese medicine manual bone setting and small splint external fixation for treatment,the observation group were combined with Gusuibu Jiegu Decoction on the basis of the control group for treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy after 2 months of treatment,function recovery of wrist joint,self-care ability before and after treatment for 2 months and fracture healing time.Result:After 2 months of treatment,the total effective rate (100%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after 2 months of treatment,the wrist joint function score and self-care ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the fracture healing time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with extended distal radius fractures,Gusuibu Jiegu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine manual bone setting and small splint external fixation as the treatment plan can not only effectively improve the treatment effect,quickly restore the wrist joint function and self-care ability,and promote the fracture end heal,the effect is remarkable and it is worthy of promotion.
