降脂通脉胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨降脂通脉胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的效果与用药安全。方法:选取本院2016年1月-2017年11月高脂血症患者92例,随机分为研究组(n=46)、对照组(n=46)。对照组给予辛伐他汀,研究组给予降脂通脉胶囊联合辛伐他汀,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血脂指标水平、血清炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果:与对照组(76.09%)相比,研究组总有效率(93.48%)较高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:降脂通脉胶囊联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症效果显著,可有效调控患者血脂状态,降低血清炎性因子水平,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and the safety of medication of Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsule combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 92 patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group (n=46) and control group (n=46).The control group was given Simvastatin,and the study group was given Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsule combined with Simvastatin.The clinical efficacy,serum lipid index levels,serum inflammatory factors levels before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group (76.09%),the total effective rate (93.48%) of the study group was higher (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and total cholesterol (TC) in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Jiangzhi Tongmai Capsule combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has a significant effect,can effectively regulate the patients’ blood lipid status,reduce serum inflammatory factor levels,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
