摘  要:目的:研究分析生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼治疗压力性尿失禁患者的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月本院接受治疗的158例压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=78)与试验组(n=80),对照组给予盆底肌锻炼,试验组在对照组的基础上给予生物反馈治疗,比较两组盆底肌恢复情况、漏尿情况及相关评分。结果:试验组治疗后Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩个数多于对照组,Ⅰ类肌纤维收缩时间长于对照组,Ⅳ级肌力恢复率高于对照组,盆底肌力量和耐力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后1个月总漏尿发生次数、治疗后漏尿量少于对照组,治疗后功能性膀胱容量大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)、盆底障碍影响问卷(PFIQ-7)及尿失禁影响问卷(IIQ-7)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼治疗压力性尿失禁可有效改善盆底肌肌力、耐力、力量,减轻患者临床症状,进而提高生活质量。Objective:To study the effect of biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.Method:A total of 158 patients with stress urinary incontinence treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group (n=78) and experimental group (n=80) according to the random number table method.The control group was given pelvic floor muscle exercise.The experimental group was given biofeedback treatment on the basis of the control group,and the recovery of pelvic floor muscles,urine leakage and the related scores of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the number of type Ⅱ muscle fiber contraction in experimental group was more than that in control group,the duration of type Ⅰ muscle fiber contraction was longer than that in control group,the recovery rate of grade Ⅳ muscle strength was higher than that in control group,and the strength and endurance of pelvic floor muscle were better than that in control group (P<0.05).The total number of urine leakage 1 month after treatment,leakage of urine after treatment in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the functional bladder capacity was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire (PFDI-20),pelvic floor dysfunction impact questionnaire (PFIQ-7)and urinary incontinence impact questionnaire (IIQ-7) in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence can effectively improve the muscle strength,endurance and strength of pelvic floor muscles,alleviate the clinical symptoms,thus improve the quality of life of patients.
