摘　　要：目的提高急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿出院后口服化学治疗(简称化疗)药物的依从性。方法选取医院儿科重症监护病房2019年12月至2020年11月收治的并在出院后口服化疗药物超过1个月的ALL患儿228例。出院后1个月,通过云随访系统,运用微信公众号向患儿家属推送调查问卷表,采用一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Morisky服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法分析患儿的用药依从性与SAS得分的相关性,采用多元线性回归法分析家属照顾ALL患儿出院后口服化疗药物依从性的影响因素。结果共发放问卷228份,回收有效问卷198份,有效回收率为86.84%。患儿口服化疗药物MMAS-8总分为(6.11±1.01)分,家属SAS总分为(61.29±5.62)分,两者呈负相关(r=-0.47,P<0.05);家属文化程度、焦虑情绪及化疗阶段是ALL患儿出院后口服化疗药物依从性的主要影响因素。结论ALL患儿出院后口服化疗药物依从性受多种因素影响,医务人员应引导家属对疾病和服药的正确认识,提高ALL患儿出院后口服化疗药物的依从性,减少错误服药对患儿造成的不良影响。Objective To improve the medication compliance of oral chemotherapy drugs in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)after discharge.Methods A total of 228 children with ALL admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit(PICU)of the hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 and treated with oral chemotherapy drugs for more than one month after discharge were selected.One month after discharge,the cloud follow-up system was used to push the questionnaire to the family members of the children through the WeChat public account,the general situation questionnaire,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)were used to conduct a survey.The Pearson correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the children's medication compliance and the SAS scores.The multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the medication compliance in children with ALL treated with oral chemotherapy drugs and cared for by their family members after discharge.Results A total of 228 questionnaires were distributed,and 198 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective recovery rate of 86.84%.The total MMAS-8 score of children treated with oral chemotherapy drugs was(6.11±1.01)points,the total SAS score of family members was(61.29±5.62)points,and there was a negative correlation between them(r=-0.47,P<0.05).Family members'educational level,anxiety and the children's chemotherapy stage were the main influencing factors of medication compliance in children with ALL treated with oral chemotherapy drugs and cared for by their family members.Conclusion The medication compliance in children with ALL treated with oral chemotherapy drugs and cared for by their family members after discharge is affected by many factors.Medical staff should guide their family members to establish a correct understanding of the disease and medication to improve the medication compliance in children with ALL treated with oral chemotherapy drugs after dischar
