海珠喘息定片质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的完善海珠喘息定片的质量标准。方法采用化学反应法和薄层色谱法分别对方中的珍珠层粉和防风、冰片进行定性鉴别。结果10批样品珍珠层粉的化学反应鉴别均呈明显正反应,且阴性对照无干扰;防风和冰片的薄层色谱图特征斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法操作简便,重复性好,分析速度快,可全面地控制海珠喘息定片的质量。Objective To improve the quality standard of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets.Methods The nacre powder in the prescription was qualitatively identified by chemical reaction method,and the Saposhnikoviae Radix and borneol in the prescription were qualitatively identified by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method.Results The chemical reaction identification of nacre powder in 10 batches of samples showed an obvious positive reaction,and the negative samples had no interference.The TLC characteristic spots of Saposhnikoviae Radix and borneol were clear,and the negative samples had no interference.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible and rapid,which can comprehensively control the quality of Haizhu Chuanxiding Tablets.
