摘　　要：目的探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的肝硬化患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。两组患者均口服布拉氏酵母菌散,治疗组患者加用熊去氧胆酸胶囊,均治疗8周。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间和治疗后2个月的原发性细菌性腹膜炎发生率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血清内毒素、二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素6、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素水平及白细胞计数均显著降低(P<0.05);两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群阳性率CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比值均显著升高,CD_(8)^(+)显著降低,且治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均显著升高,且治疗组升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗肝硬化疗效较好,可减轻患者的内毒素血症症状,延缓肝功能失代偿进展,提高免疫功能,防治腹腔感染,改善肝功能和预后。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets,on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of primary bacterial peritonitis between the two groups during treatment and two months after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of serum endotoxin(ET),diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBiL),and the white blood cell count(WBC)in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,the positive rate of T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+))and the ratio of CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) in the two groups increased significantly after treatment,while the level of CD_(8)^(+) decreased significantly after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average level of serum total protein,albumin and prealbumin in the two groups increased significantly,and the increase in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii Sachets are effective in the treatment of liver cirrhosis,which can reduce the symptoms of endotoxemia,delay the progress of decompensation of liver function,improve immune function,prevent and treat abdominal infection,and improve live
