精准药学服务对慢性心力衰竭患者合理用药的影响

摘　　要：目的促进慢性心力衰竭(简称心衰)患者的合理用药,提高用药依从性。方法选取医院2020年5月至12月收治的慢性心衰患者94例,随机分为对照组(43例)和药学服务组(51例)。对照组患者给予常规用药指导,药学服务组患者通过微信平台及智能软件给予精准用药干预,两组患者均入组3个月。结果入组3个月后,药学服务组的完全依从占比为56.86%,显著高于对照组的27.91%(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05);药学服务组肾素-血管紧张素系统抑制剂、醛固酮受体拮抗剂使用占比分别为90.20%和80.39%,均显著高于对照组的67.44%和32.56%(χ^(2)=7.490,24.091,P<0.05);药学服务组的静息心率、左室射血分数均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论精准药学服务可规范慢性心衰患者的用药,提高用药依从性。Objective To promote rational drug use and improve medication compliance in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 94 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital from May to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(43 cases)and the pharmaceutical care group(51 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine medication guidance,while the patients in the pharmaceutical care group were given precise medication intervention through WeChat platform and intelligent software.Both groups were intervened for three months.Results After three months of intervention,the complete medication compliance rate in the pharmaceutical care group was 56.86%,which was significantly higher than 27.91%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.954,P<0.05).The use rates of renin-angiotensin system inhibitors and aldosterone receptor antagonists in the pharmaceutical care group were 90.20%and 80.93%respectively,which were significantly higher than 67.44%and 32.56%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.490,24.091,P<0.05).The resting heart rate(RHR)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of patients in the pharmaceutical care group were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Precise pharmaceutical care can standardize the medication of patients with CHF and improve medication compliance.
