摘　　要：文章针对部分大型电站锅炉在进行脱硝改造后回转式空气预热器堵塞原因进行分析,详细介绍液态硫酸氢氨生成和受热分解的原理,介绍目前市场上常见的空气预热器防堵的主要控制措施,介绍一种新型的热风防堵控制方法,着重介绍热风吹扫防堵控制方法的实施依据,为电厂空气预热器的安全运行提供技术支撑。This paper analyzes the causes of blockage of rotary air preheater after denitrification in some large power station boilers,introduces in detail the principle of formation and thermal decomposition of liquid ammonia hydrogen sulfate,and introduces the main anti-blocking control measures of air preheater commonly seen in the market at present.This paper introduces a new type of hot air anti-blocking control method,with emphasis on the implementation basis of hot air blowing anti-blocking control method,so as to provide technical support for the safe operation of the air preheater in the power plant.
