摘　　要：为适应码垛工艺要求,防止人工高速翻桶易造成砸伤脚面等人身安全问题的发生,提高车间自动化水平和安全水平,本文提出一种涂料重桶自动翻转设备,并对其进行受力分析及控制设计,研究其安全性和可靠性。结果表明:该设备结构新颖、工作可靠、维修方便、清洁无污染、翻桶速度快,可有效提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,保证人身安全。In order to meet the requirements of palletizing process,avoid personal safety problems such as foot injury caused by manual high-speed barrel turnover,and improve the automation level and safety level of workshop,in this paper,an automatic barrel turnover equipment for heavy paint barrel was proposed.At the same time,the stress analysis and control design were carried out and the equipment's safety and reliability were studied.The results show that the equipment has advantages such as novel structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance,easy cleaning and no pollution,and fast barrel turnover speed.The application of the equipment can observably improve the production efficiency,reduce labor intensity and ensure personal safety.
