摘　　要：为降低紧缩场微波暗室试验过程中的风险,提高紧缩场微波暗室试验操作人员安全意识,本文分析紧缩场微波暗室在安全管理实践中面临的高空坠物、触电等安全生产事故风险,并从培训、制度、安全生产责任制落实和现场管理4方面介绍紧缩场微波暗室安全生产管理实践措施,并通过以上措施提升紧缩场微波暗室管理和操作过程的标准化管理水平,提高试验操作人员安全意识,以实现事故预防和降低损失的安全目标。In order to reduce the risk during the test process in the compact field microwave anechoic chamber,and improve the safety production awareness of test operators of the compact field microwave anechoic chamber,in this paper,the safety production accident risks that are faced in the safety production practice of the compact field microwave anechoic chamber,such as falling objects,electric shocks,and falling from heights,were analyzed.At the same time,the practice measures of safety production management in compact microwave anechoic chambers were introduced from the four aspects of training,system,implementation of safety production responsibility system and on-site management.The above measures could be helpful to enhance the level of the field microwave anechoic chamber management and standardization management of the operation process,improve the safety awareness of test operators,and achieve the safety goals of accident control and loss reduction.
