摘　　要：为实现一种小型化编码器的研制,采用双码道光栅码盘,简化了码盘的设计,降低了码盘尺寸要求。介绍了光电编码器正余弦角度细分原理,通过双码道的输出信号进行组合,实现绝对位置的测量。设计的编码器能够达到外径25 mm,16位分辨率时±40"的精度指标。In order to realize the development of a miniaturized encoder,a dual channel grating code disk is adopted,which simplifies the design of the code disk and reduces the size requirements of the code disk.The principle of sine cosine angle subdivision of photoelectric encoder is introduced.The absolute position measurement is realized by combining the output signals of double code channels.The designed encoder can achieve an outer diameter of 25 mm and a resolution of±40"at 16 bits Accuracy index of.
