摘　　要：T/R组件作为相控阵天线的核心组成部件,通道数量多,幅相状态复杂,测试数据量庞大。该文研制了一套T/R组件自动测试系统,该系统基于GPIB总线,实现了对矢量网络分析仪、信号源、功率计等多种仪器的控制,同时通过波控盒实现T/R通道的加电控制和状态设置,从而自动完成整条T/R组件的全状态测试,并自动进行数据存储、判读、分析。该测试系统大大提高了T/R组件的测试效率和准确性,运行稳定,可靠性高,可满足实际工程需求。T/R modules are core components of phased array antennas.Because of its large amount of channels and complicate amplitude and phase state,T/R module has huge amount of test data.An automatic testing system for T/R module is developed.The system is based on GPIB bus,and the control of vector net analyzer,signal source,and power meter is realized.Power control and status settings are realized by wave control device.All the status of T/R module can be tested and the test data can be stored and analyzed automatically.The test efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.The test system runs stably and has high reliability,which can meet the actual requirements.
