摘 要:铝锂合金由于其性能优异被广泛关注并在航空航天领域中应用广泛。采用5A90铝锂合金制作了机载计算机机箱,对其密度、焊接工艺和环境适应性进行了验证,并与传统6061铝合金机箱进行了对比。结果表明,相比于6061铝合金,5A90铝锂合金可使机箱减重10%左右,并且5A90铝锂合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度也优于传统铝合金,其焊接工艺和环境适应性均可通过试验验证。用铝锂合金替代传统铝合金制作机载计算机机箱,不仅可以实现减重的目的,同时具有优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。Al-Li alloys are attractive for aerospace applications because of their excellent properties.In this article,5A90 Al-Li alloy was used to make airborne computer chassis,and its density,welding processes and environmental suitabilitywere verified and compared with conventional 6061 Al alloy made computer chassis.The results have shown that 5A90 Al-Li alloy can reduce weight of computer chassis by about 10%comparing with 6061 Al alloy.Additionally,tensile strength and yield strength of 5A90 Al-Li alloy are better than 6061 Al alloy,and 5A90 Al-Li alloy also successfully passed weldability and environmental suitability tests.As computer chassis materials,Al-Li alloys are capable of substituting for conventional Al alloys.Al-Li alloys are not only able to reduce weight effectively,but also show superior mechanical and corrosion resistant properties.
