摘  要:为探讨干旱及复水条件下2种不同浓度抗蒸腾剂对角茎野牡丹生理调节作用的影响,分别对角茎野牡丹喷施清水,以及中威与标典2种稀释不同倍数的抗蒸腾剂,且在自然干旱条件下连续处理4 d及复水4 d,并通过光合参数比较2种抗蒸腾剂不同浓度对角茎野牡丹抗旱性的影响。结果表明:与CK组相比,抗蒸腾剂降低了角茎野牡丹的气孔导度和蒸腾速率,使其保持相对较高的光合速率和水分利用率;复水后,喷施抗蒸腾剂的角茎野牡丹光合参数总体优于清水组,所有处理均未对植株生存造成威胁;利用主成分分析法得出,在不同浓度处理中,以喷施300倍稀释的中威抗蒸腾剂对提高角茎野牡丹抗旱能力效果最为显著。In order to investigate the effects of two different concentrations of anti-transpirants on physiological regulation of Tibouchina granulosa under drought and rehydration conditions,Tibouchina granulosa was treated with water or two anti-transpirants,Zhongwei and Biaodian with different dilution rates by spraying,and its photosynthetic parameters were measured to compare the effects of the two anti-transpirants with different dilution rates on drought resistance of T.granulosa.The results showed that compared with CK group,the anti-transpirants reduced stomatal conductance and transpiration rate,kept relatively higher photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency of T granulosa.After rehydration,the photosynthetic parameters of the treatments with the anti-transpirants are generally better than those of the water treatment,and all the treatments did not threaten the survival of the plant.The principal component analysis showed that that the anti-transpirant Zhongwei diluted 300 times has the most significant effect on drought resistance of T.granulosa.
